Children’s Nurturing Project (CNP) is a 501c3 non-profit organization serving families and children in Solano County. Working with thousands of families each year, we offer a holistic approach to promote healthy parent-child relationships through support services and education. Our goal is to ensure children get off to the best start possible so that they develop into healthy and happy children when they reach school age. CNP provides the following services and programs for Solano County families: Infant mental health (0-5), Partnership for Early Access for Kids (PEAK), parenting support and education groups, support and resources for families with special needs children, homeless kids outreach, school-based Child Assault Prevention workshops, and the Baby Coach mother mentoring program.

Solano Family & Children’s Services (SFCS) is a private, non-profit (501c3) Child Care Resource & Referral Agency.  Since 1978, we have provided services and support to parents, child care providers, and community members in Solano County.  Each year our Resource & Referral Program helps families select the quality child care placements that best suit their individual needs.  Our Subsidized Child Care Program serves thousands of children, by covering their child care costs while their parents work, look for work, or go to school.  Our Child Care Food Program also serves thousands of children, ensuring that they receive nutritious meals/snacks while in a family day care home setting.
